We aim to dispatch ‘standard delivery’ orders within 2 working days; however dispatch can be subject to availability and could take up to seven working days. Please allow 10 days for delivery of your order. All parcels for UK addresses require a signature on delivery. Delivery options

Standard delivery
Our standard UK delivery is free when you spend over £75.00 and £4.00 for orders under £75.00. We deliver our standard UK parcels using TNT Express. You should ensure that someone is available to sign for the parcel at your shipping address. Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address. If delivery is not possible, TNT Express will leave a card and will wait for your reply. You can select the next day delivery option for £6.00 at the Checkout. Please place your order by 12noon the day before the item is to be delivered to ensure that your order will be shipped via next day delivery. During Sale period we are not always able to offer the next day delivery service. Overseas Delivery
We charge £8 for delivery to EU destinations and £12 for delivery to destinations outside of the EU. Orders for delivery outside the UK are sent using TNT Express and may take 7-14 working days to be delivered, Please note we are unable to claim the loss of a parcel with TNT Express until 25 days have passed.

If you are not there to sign for your delivery TNT Express will leave a card in your mail box notifying you how to collect your parcel.
Tracking
Next day delivery: Orders must be placed by midday on a weekday for next day delivery
Orders for delivery outside the UK are sent using TNT Express and can take up to 7-14 working days to be delivered.
All parcels require a signature on delivery.
Once parcels are dispatched (usually within 2 working days of order being placed) we aim to have them with you following day (with exception to regional or offshore address and any unforeseeable weather or traffic delays). Parcels can be tracked using your consignment number as it appears on your confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Please see below for details on tracking your parcel.
You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfill your order for any reason. During our sale period, delivery times can increase due to a larger volume of orders. All next day special delivery parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail and are guaranteed to reach their destination by 1pm the following day. However, orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will not be processed until the following working day which can add one more day to delivery times.
Please note, if an order is placed on a Friday we cannot guarantee delivery on a Saturday and orders will be delivered on the next working day. The next day delivery is a UK based service only.
